At LUMOS Projectors MY, we want you to enjoy the ultimate home cinema experience; if you are not entirely satisfied, we offer a 7-day return policy for manufacturing defects and quality issues. Please ensure all items are returned in their original packaging with all included accessories to qualify for a full refund or exchange.

Return Process

    Email our customer service team at [email protected] within 7 days of receiving your unit to initiate a return request.

    Verification Process

    Provide your order number and a short video or photo demonstrating the technical issue for our engineers to review and approve.

    Pack and Ship

    Once approved, securely pack the projector in its original box and ship it to our designated service center in Malaysia.

  • 4.
    Inspection and Refund

    After our team inspects the returned unit, we will process your refund or dispatch a brand-new replacement within 3-5 business days.
